Mr. LIU worked at the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) for seven years, participated in numerous key research projects, and served successively as an examiner and head of an examination unit. During his tenure, he gained extensive experience in patent examination, having handled over 600 patent cases. After leaving the patent examination role, he served as an intellectual property manager, intellectual property legal counsel, intellectual property expert, and attorney at several well-known large enterprises, including JD Group and Alibaba Group, as well as at a boutique law firm. He has accumulated substantial experience in corporate intellectual property management and compliance, particularly in trade secret protection. His rich background in patent examination, combined with extensive practical experience in corporate patent matters, enables Mr. LIU to analyze and address various legal issues from both "pro" and "con" perspectives. His years of experience on the client side have further equipped him to think strategically and holistically, allowing him to deliver optimal legal outcomes tailored to clients' needs.
