Mr. SUN has handled a large number of invention patent applications in the electrical field, and has provided patent landscape analysis, patent drafting, and related services and support to numerous well-known domestic enterprises, universities, and research institutes, accumulating extensive professional experience. He has represented clients in hundreds of invention patent applications in the electrical domain, nearly one hundred pre-examination invention patent applications in the same field, and several design patent invalidation cases. Notably, his invention patent grant rate is significantly higher than the industry average.
He has been invited to participate in several key patent analysis and patent navigation projects, including the Zhejiang ZOPETRO patent landscape, Cherri Mechanical & Electrical's lithography machine FTO (Freedom-to-Operate) analysis, and Deli Group's laser leveling instrument FTO study.
