Work experience
Prior to joining GWIP, Mr. Song previously served as a senior examiner at the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), where he reviewed hundreds of patents in the vehicle field. He also previously served as a patent supervisor in the intellectual property department of a large state-owned enterprise, where he significantly improved the group's invention patent grant rate, achieving the top ranking in Hubei Province for annual invention patent grants in 2017. Mr. Song has accumulated experience handling over 1000 invention cases, and has successfully represented more than 100 invalidation and litigation cases. He was honored with the distinction of being named one of the Top Ten Outstanding Intellectual Property Service Cases in Wuhan for the year 2019.

He holds qualifications including a senior patent litigation agent certificate, an independent invention examination certificate, a patent attorney practice license, and is recognized as an expert in the intellectual property expert talent pool.
